12 Week Program includes... 12 Private/group Personal Training Sessions, Consultation, Body-fat Analysis, Measurements, Full Diet Plan, Grocery List, Cardio Program, Supplement List and photos.

At Infinite Fitness we can design any program to suit your goals; weight loss, increased sports performance, or just a general nutrition "make-over" which includes how to grocery shop, a kitchen clean out and healthy cooking.
If your goal is bodyfat/body weight reduction, we can help you calculate your calorie needs to achieve the weight loss. We can assist you in cooking ideas, grocery shopping, meal planning and we also give dining out tips!
We will show you how to lose weight in a healthy way and develop good food habits as well as educate you on how to read labels and how to incorporate the different food groups.
